They utilize techniques like screen printing, embroidery, and special fabric treatments (e.g., "vintage washing") to give the clothes a unique, worn, and authentic look. This is intentional and part of the signature Hellstar style, not a defect.

How should I care for my Hellstar clothing to preserve the print?

To best maintain the print and fabric, please follow these guidelines:

  • Wash the garment inside-out (turning the print inward).

  • Use cold water and a delicate cycle.

  • Avoid strong bleach.

  • Air dry (do not use a tumble dryer) to prevent shrinkage and print damage.

How long does shipping take, and can I track my order?

Standard order processing takes 1–2 business days. Once your order is processed, domestic shipping typically takes 3–5 business days. We will notify you via email when your order has been shipped, including the estimated delivery window.

Can I return or exchange an item if it doesn't fit?
