1) Return window & eligibility

  • Return window: 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, with tags attached and in original packaging.

2) Non-returnable items

3) How to start a return

  2. Tell us which item(s) you want to return and the reason.
  3. We’ll reply with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the return address.
  4. Pack the item securely and include your order number inside the parcel.

4) Return shipping costs
